Requested Format of CDR

What is the minimum information required for CDR?

The CDR you will provide have to be the real traffic received within the last 30 days. It has to include ALL CALLS including non connected.

A maximum of information is required from CDR to import in Premium Call Filter Solution in order to get faster and more efficient results. 
CDR must provide at least:

  • SETUP CALL DATE / TIME
    Date and Time of the call when presented to the softswitch
    Format required: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

  • CALLING NUMBER
    Originating number from the remote part
    Format required: International number

  • CALLED NUMBER
    Destination number on Mobile network
    Format required: International or local number

  • CALL DURATION
    The total duration of call in seconds

  • DISCONNECT CODE CAUSE
    The SIP or Q931 cause of disconnection
